Robert is a Wills & Estates solicitor and Elliot Tuthill’s Practice manager. Coming later to the law, Robert has a wide range of previous business experience across Stockbroking, Merchant Banking, Futures Trading, Small Business and Logistics.

Robert primarily assists Partner and Accredited Wills & Estates Specialist Madeleine Reid in all aspects of her specialist practice. Robert’s particular areas of expertise are complex wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianships and special disability trusts.

In addition, Robert, who is qualified as a builder, assists Partner David Jordan in property matters as they relate to building and construction. Further, Robert’s years of experience in wholesale finance allow him to offer expert independent legal advice for people guaranteeing loans, together with execution of the documentation required by lenders.

Robert takes an active interest in legal education, being an occasional lecturer with the Law Extension Committee of the University of Sydney Law School. Here he conducts a skills development class each semester, aimed at equipping soon to graduate students with practical, real world legal knowledge. Robert has also appeared in a promotional video for the Law Extension Committee of the University of Sydney Law School

Outside of work Robert enjoys motorcycling and travelling, especially his annual pilgrimage to the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy road races.
