David commenced working with Elliot Tuthill in 1976 where his first duties were collecting the mail, filing papers and taking out the rubbish. In 1981, David was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and has worked as a solicitor since that time with Elliot Tuthill. Away from the office, David plays golf, used to go to the gym and run several times a week. Now that his knees have packed it in, he no longer gets this opportunity. He also has a keen interest in rugby, most other sports, music and movies.
David focuses on property law including domestic and commercial real estate, purchases and sales, commercial leases, purchase and sale of small businesses. His 36 plus years of experience in and knowledge of the local area often proves invaluable.
David has also assisted business clients in the sale and purchase of businesses ranging from small retail clothes shops and take away food shops through to large commercial undertakings. As well as helping clients buy and sell businesses, David can help you with the leasing of any small retail shop or large commercial or industrial property. David can also assist you with your Will, Power of Attorney or Enduring Guardian as well as general legal matters.
