Robert is a senior Wills & Estates solicitor and the business manager for Elliot Tuthill. Having transitioned to law later in his career, Robert brings a wealth of experience from various fields, including Stockbroking, Merchant Banking, Futures Trading, Family Business, and Logistics. This diverse background gives him a practical, ‘down-to-earth’ approach to legal practice. Robert is well-versed in all aspects of Wills & Estates law, with a particular focus on Probate and Estate Administration. Robert also frequently advises clients about complex wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianships, and special disability trusts.

Robert takes an active interest in legal education and has been an occasional lecturer with the Law Extension Committee of the University of Sydney Law School. Here he conducted a skills development class each semester, aimed at equipping soon-to-graduate students with practical, real-world legal knowledge. This is a further testament to Robert’s down-to-earth approach to the law. Robert has also appeared in a promotional video for the Law Extension Committee of the University of Sydney Law School

Outside of work Robert enjoys motorcycling and travelling, especially his annual pilgrimage to the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy road races.
